This page is designed to help first time users of the DAS eClaims web application.
This is my first time using DAS eClaims and don't know my login details?
If you are the person making the claim please refer to the literature posted to you, after the claim was made. Your claim reference should look something similar to 08/1234567. If your claim reference starts will a 4 character code like this CBDZ/08/1234567, please omit the 4 character code.
If you are a business partner of DAS please check the promotional flyer.
I cannot find the details provided by DAS or they did not arrive?
Please call our eClaims helpline on 0117 927 1879, who will verifiy your account and add your email address to the system so that you can use the forgotten/password reset function to change your password. Please be prepared to answer security verification questions.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
eClaims has a secure automated password reset facility, please click on the forgotten password link and enter your username and email address. A password reset email with a password reset code will then now be send to your email address with further instructions.
I have forgotten my password but I don't know which email address that is registered to my eClaims account or I have forgotten my username and password?
For security reasons you must supply both your username and email address to request a password reset code, If you have forgotten them please call our help line 0117 927 1879.
I'm experiencing technical difficulties and errors when logging into the eClaims web application, how can I resolve this?

Why is an email address required to use this service?
A valid email address is required to allow your to reset you password in case it is forgotten. In the future it will allow you to set up notifications when your claim is updated.
Where do I go to make a Claim on a policy underwritten by DAS?

Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 2.0+ (Note: Opera is not supported at this time).
